We do not support shipping to non-EU overseas regions, restricted areas and remote islands for the time being. 2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, European local holidays or peak sales seasons will be postponed to the next working day for processing. We strictly inspect product quality and packaging before shipment to avoid defective or wrong items.

3. Delivery Time

The delivery time varies according to the destination country and logistics arrangement:
  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 working days for most European regions
  • Remote European Areas: 15–25 working days
All delivery timeframes are for reference only. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics peak periods or force majeure factors. In accordance with EU consumer rules, we ensure the maximum delivery period will not exceed 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Fees

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

You can check the real-time logistics status of your package online at any time. Please note that the logistics information may be updated with a slight delay after the parcel leaves the warehouse.

7. Shipping Exceptions & Delay

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by the following situations:
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address and contact information provided by customers
  • Temporary customs inspection, customs policy adjustment or local logistics suspension
  • Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes and public emergencies
  • Parcel retention caused by the customer’s failure to clear customs in a timely manner
If your parcel is severely delayed, lost or stuck for a long time, please contact our customer service for assistance in inquiry and solution.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the parcel is returned due to wrong address, long-term unclaimed or customer refusal to receive, the resulting return shipping fee and handling fee shall be borne by the customer. We will not provide free re-delivery service for returned parcels caused by customer reasons.
